I am a Native Californian who grew up along the coast in Newport Beach, then migrated to the Inland Empire in Corona for about ten years, and I have now enjoyed living in This Desert Paradise with my wife for the last eight years. We enjoy The Desert’s unlimited number of sunny days each year, combined with a Resort Atmosphere and all the conveniences of Shopping, Dining and Entertainment you would find in any major metropolitan area.

After earning my Degree in Economics at U.C.L.A. I worked in the Insurance Industry with several National Insurance Companies for a period of about twenty years. Relocating to The Desert presented an opportunity for me to become involved in The Real Estate Industry, utilizing the experience & technical knowledge of handling contracts combined with sales skills obtained in my Insurance Career.

I have now enjoyed working in Real Estate over the last five years which have been some of the most challenging times the Real Estate Industry has seen in decades. My positive attitude combined with enthusiasm for this Desert Paradise and hard work have allowed me to achieve an Average of about 96% Sold Price to Listing Price for my Selling Client’s Homes. Also, working with my Buying Clients I have assisted them in obtaining their Desert Dreams whether purchasing an REO Bank Owned property or a Tradition Non-Distressed property.
